Description

Entremet style cakes suitable for any kind of celebration.

Filled with Raspberry jelly, Raspberry and Chocolate cremeux, Chocolate cake (Sponge), Lime and Chocolate Crispy Layer, Chocolate Mousse. Decorated with Vegan white chocolate glaze, fresh raspberries, Rose and chocolate decorations.

Decorations and colours may be altered based on current season

Please keep in mind Celebration cake orders require at least 3 days notice, more if possible.

Entremet based cakes should be kept in the fridge until ready to eat and will last 3 days, up to a full week after cut into.

Serving Size

Small size serves: 6-10 (Approximately 15cm)

Medium size serves: 8-12 people (Approximately 18cm)

Large size serves: 12-16 people (Approximately 20cm)

Care Instructions

General Care: All cakes and desserts should be kept in the fridge to keep fresh for the next 2-3 days. Once your cake is in your care it is important to follow these instructions, as we will not take responsibility for any damage incurred during transit or after in your posession

Transportation: It’s important to remember that the cakes and desserts are very delicate. To ensure the quality and structure of the cakes whilst transporting, it’s recommended you keep the cake box flat and out of direct sunlight. The floor or boot are the best place to store cakes whilst driving. If you are travelling for a long distance, it’s reccomended, to use a cooler bag or esky to keep the cakes as fresh and safe as can be.
