Blue Dream Desserts is a home-based dessert business dedicated to sharing the love of cake and desserts. Relaunched from Lj’s, 2018, the direction and focus of the business has been further honed with new goals and products available that cater to a wider audience and in particular to social gatherings and high tea. All our desserts are aimed to be high quality incredibly tasty and visually appealing. We utilize high quality plant based and gluten free ingredients to allow everyone to enjoy our desserts.

Visionary, Headchef and Owner:

Liam Sherman

Owner and Pastry Chef of Blue Dream Desserts, originally launched Lj’s during his Degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Throughout the years of his studies at the Conservatorium, Liam’s passion for desserts, entremets, chocolate and all things sweet, fruity, tangy and tantalising to the pallet increasingly grew. Upon finishing his degree in 2020, his passion evolved from just a hobby into a real dream and vision for dessert making. Taking inspiration from restaurants such as KOI in Sydney, “Blue Dream” is based on Liam’s dream and vision of launching a dessert bar. Liam hopes to create a connection between his love of music and passion for desserts to make a new innovative dinning experience which is enhanced with musical features.
