Our First video tutorial!!! Using our Chocolate Cake Mix

Ingredients:

- Our Chocolate Plant Based and Gluten Free Cake Mix

- 225ml of Soy Milk or any Milk Alternative

- 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract

- 1/2 tbsp of White Vinegar

- 80ml (1/2 Cup) Vegetable Oil or any Oil of your choosing

- Vegan Dark Chocolate (Optional)

- Cocoa Powder (Optional)

- Oil Spray or extra oil

- 6 inch Baking Tin (15cmx10cm)

- Whisk or Fork

- 2x Mixing Bowls

- Serrated Knife

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease your baking tin with oil spray or extra oil.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, soy milk, vanilla extract, white vinegar, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined.

3. If desired, fold in vegan dark chocolate chunks or cocoa powder for an extra chocolatey flavor.

4. Pour the batter into the greased baking tin and smooth the top with a spatula.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6. Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Buttercream Frosting:

- 200g Vegan Butter (such as Nutelex)

- 200g Pure Icing Sugar

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the vegan butter until creamy.

2. Gradually add the icing sugar and beat until smooth and fluffy.

3. Once the cake has cooled, spread the buttercream frosting on top and decorate as desired.
